CATLANTE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM RULES

Article 1. Organization and operation of the sponsorship program

The sponsorship program is set up by the company CATLANTE Catamarans. The latter reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt this program at any time and without notice. However, these modifications will not affect the rights of the Sponsors for sponsorships already validated.
By recommending a person from their entourage, CATLANTE Catamarans customers become "Sponsors". The recommended person then becomes a "Godchild", provided that the latter reserves at least one cabin within 6 months following the transmission of his contact details by the Sponsor.

Article 2. Terms of sponsorship
2.1. Procedures for the Sponsor
The Sponsor communicates to CATLANTE Catamarans the contact details of an adult ("Sponsored Person") likely to be interested in the cruises offered by the company. This procedure is carried out via an online sponsorship form available on the CATLANTE website 

Catamarans. Only fully completed and compliant forms will be taken into account.
2.2. Contacting the Referred Person
Once the form has been received, CATLANTE Catamarans contacts the Referred Person to verify the validity of the sponsorship and present its cruise offers and its fleet of catamarans.
2.3. Validation of sponsorship
The sponsorship will be considered effective if:
•    The Referred Person reserves at least one cabin within 6 months of receiving their contact details by CATLANTE Catamarans.
•    The Referred Person pays the necessary deposit when booking and does not exercise their right of withdrawal within 5 days of booking.
Once these conditions are met, the Referrer benefits from a €100 discount applicable to their next CATLANTE cruise.

Article 3. Conditions of participation
3.1. Consent of the Referred Person
The Referrer must ensure that they have obtained the prior consent of their Referred Person before transmitting their contact details to CATLANTE Catamarans.
3.2. Uniqueness of the sponsorship
A Referred Person can only have one Referrer. In the event of multiple sponsorships, only the first form received will be taken into account. Self-sponsorship is strictly prohibited.
3.3. New customer only
Sponsorship is reserved for people who have never been customers or prospects of CATLANTE Catamarans.
3.4. Multiple sponsorships
A Referrer can sponsor several Referred Persons. The discounts obtained can be combined on the same reservation and can be combined with other offers, such as promotions on early bookings.
3.5. Validity of the offer
This referral program is effective December 22, 2024. It is not applicable retroactively.
