Yes, our cancellation policy depends on when you cancel in relation to your scheduled departure date. Full details of our cancellation policy are available on our website, in the general terms and conditions of sale, or can be provided by our customer service department. However, the right to make a mistake does exist and we accept cancellations free of charge and without any justification, within 5 days of your booking and if the scheduled departure is more than sixty days away.

No. However, our Catlante 600s and Catlante 620s have triple cabins, so you can travel with a couple and a child without paying for a second cabin.

Yes, our Catlante 620, Catlante 720 and Catlante 560 catamarans have air conditioning. Cabins are cooled from 6pm to 10pm. For reasons of generator noise disturbing passengers and surrounding boats, the air conditioning is switched off at night.

Gratuities are at your discretion and can be given directly to the crew at the end of the cruise. An envelope is usually provided for this purpose.
